Compass was established in 2000. Ever since the beggining we have put en emphasis on the perfection in organizing all the events. Independence is one of our priorities. In order not to become dependent on sub-contractors we were enlarging and modernizing our equipment park, what in effect enabled us to sustain our own style and achieve flexibility.

Trzon grupy Compass stanowią:

	Anna Kościółek - responsible for corporate events, programs, dealing with clients. Skydiving is her main range of interests.
	Krzysztof Maślanka - his scope are quad and 4x4 expeditions. Satellite navigation and snowbord is his specialisation.
	Mariusz Krzysztofik - responsible for survival programs
	Sylwester Sadurski - ex-commando. Training soldiers and other services in fighting strategy is his scope.
	Jakub Żwirek - organizes paintball games and team building programs. He's dealing with quads and survival as well. He is a competitor of many rallys and he's one of PZM referee.
	Łukasz Muller - Polish leading alpinist.His another passion is photography and phylosophy.Dealing with rope courses.
	Szymon Szczygieł – Mountaineering and arctic touring is his main range of interests. Snowmobiles, snowbord and igloo buildings are his specialisation.
	Tomasz Baster - a member of AKG. He's responsible for rope courses. A member of many exploratory expeditions in Austria, Italy and Rumunia. You can meet him more often in the mountains all over the world then on a city streets.
	Michał Górczyński - responsible for organisation 4x4 expeditions and off road academy .
	Łukasz Weichönig - our best coordinator of best special projects.
